About the Event
Join us at Dudley Park Child Parent Centre (located within Dudley Park Primary School) for a free 60-minutes session for tips and advice on how to choose healthy snacks and pack nutritious lunch boxes.
A well-packed lunchbox not only fuels kids for their best day at school but also plays a crucial role in forming healthy habits.
The workshop will assist you:
- Gain fresh ideas to to make packing lunches easier
- Information on easy and healthy snack ideas
- Understand more about food labels
- Discover tips to encourage more adventurous eating habits in your child.
Parents attending the session will be rewarded with a pack of great resources to take home. Plus, you will also have the opportunity to win an exciting door prize on the day.
